Koh Phangan sits north of Koh Samui and takes a second crossing to reach. It has a long stay community around Srithanu and the west coast, quite separate from the party reputation of Haad Rin.
Shipments land at Laem Chabang and clear Thai customs there. The road leg is roughly 750 kilometres, about ten hours plus two ferries. The full moon crowds at Haad Rin close roads on those dates, and movers avoid scheduling a delivery into that week.

Phangan is a long stay island rather than a resort one for most residents. The Srithanu community is built around wellness businesses, yoga schools and remote work, and the shipments reflect that: part loads, equipment, and personal effects rather than full households.
Two ferry legs means two sets of timetables and twice the weather exposure. The November wet season is the worst of it, when crossings from Samui are cancelled with little notice. The full moon dates close roads at Haad Rin and are avoided for deliveries.
