When you submit your details, we may pass them to one accredited international removal company that is best suited to your route.

You then deal with that mover directly. Any contract is between you and the removal company, not us.

2 No fees for customers

• We do not charge you to use our website.
• We will never ask you to pay us.
• You pay the mover you choose directly.

3 Accuracy of information

We aim to match you with movers who specialise in your route.

We check our partners for accreditation and experience. We cannot promise prices, timelines, or availability.

Please review all quotes and contracts carefully before you agree to a move.

4 Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to goods during the move.
• Service failures, delays, or disputes caused by the removal company.
• Costs or claims that arise from your contract with the mover.

Our role is to introduce you to one mover only.

5 Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you submit a request.
• Carry out your own checks on the removal company before you book.
• Read and agree to the mover's terms and insurance policy.

6 Data handling

• We share your details only with the mover chosen for your route.
• We do not sell your data or send it to many companies.
