It runs into Thun with no visible join. Say which commune you are in.
Steffisburg sits directly against Thun at the northern edge, and the two run together without a break anybody can see on the ground. That is convenient for daily life and a nuisance on any form that asks which commune you live in.
The built up area is continuous. Somebody living on one side of an unmarked line describes their address as Thun because that is the town they use, the station they leave from and the name everybody recognises.
On a delivery note that is harmless. On a parking application it is not, because a reserved bay for a removal vehicle is granted by the commune of the address, and Steffisburg is not Thun. An application to the wrong one comes back, and by then the date is closer.
Beyond that, this is a comfortable delivery. The commune sits on largely level ground at the mouth of the Zulg valley, with ordinary residential streets and housing of a normal standard.
Steffisburg also appears as Thun agglomeration and Zulg. Whichever version you searched for, this is the same city and the same page. Give the mover the address exactly as it appears on your Swiss lease.
