Patras is the arrival point for road freight crossing the Adriatic from Ancona, Bari, Brindisi and Venice. If your move is being driven rather than shipped, this is where it enters Greece.
Containers are a different story and mostly clear at Piraeus, about two hours east. Knowing which of the two your quote assumes tells you more about the delivery date than any other single question.
Brindisi to Igoumenitsa is the short one. Venice to Patras is at the other end and runs well over a day. Ancona and Bari sit in between. Operators pick the crossing on space and schedule rather than on what is quickest, which is why two quotes using the same route can differ by a day at sea.

The centre is apartment stock with narrow streets behind the seafront, so the last part of a delivery often transfers to a smaller vehicle. The upper town rises steeply, which matters more for the crew than the route. Say which part of the city and which floor when you enquire.
