Council tax does not stop because a house is empty. A subscription does not lapse because you emigrated. Insurers void policies over an unoccupied property nobody told them about. None of this is difficult and all of it is easier from a Wimborne kitchen table than from a flat in Valencia with a six figure phone bill and a time difference.

A home policy usually carries conditions about how long a property may stand unoccupied, and letting it out without telling them commonly voids cover altogether. If the Wimborne house is being kept and let, that call is not optional.
Your GP surgery is the fourth. Deregister, but request a summary of your records first. Obtaining medical history from abroad is slow, and it is the sort of thing you need at exactly the moment you cannot easily get it.
A telephone call to a utility is not evidence. Ask for written closure of every account, keep the final meter readings, and store all of it somewhere you can reach from another country. Not in a box on the container.

Streets around the Minster and the Square are narrow, one way in places, and short of anywhere a large vehicle can legally stand for a working day. Suspending a bay through the council takes days. Not hours.
Where that is not obtainable, a small van runs between your door and a larger vehicle held further out. That adds hours, not difficulty. It belongs in the plan beforehand, and international movers and packers will say so at the survey.

Most countries let household effects in without duty where you have owned and used them for a qualifying period, six months in the usual case, and where you are genuinely moving house, not furnishing somewhere you visit twice a year.
Several also expect you to have registered locally before the relief bites, which makes the order of operations matter. Ship first, register afterwards, and the relief can be refused on goods that have already landed.
