Queenstown is inland, high in the Southern Alps, so it has no seaport. Your goods land at a South Island port, usually Port Otago at Dunedin or Lyttelton near Christchurch. From there they travel in by road.
The road leg is the long part. Dunedin to Queenstown is about three to four hours by road. Christchurch is further. Your mover plans the inland run and times it around the alpine route.
